Recruitment

The Governors are currently recruiting for a further 7 members of staff (3 of whom will have extended middle leadership roles with whole school responsibilities) to take Ealing Fields into the next phase of its development as its oldest students (now in year 8) move to KS4.

It is essential that the teachers we appoint are very strong classroom practitioners with a commitment to achieving the highest standards both academically and in terms of the learning habits and personal dispositions of our students. Staff joining at this time are likely to be motivated by the opportunity of building an outstanding school community within an already highly successful Trust.

The projected growth of the Trust within the next 5 years will offer successful candidates excellent career progression in addition to the high quality CPD which is part of our established system for staff support & development.

A substantive Head and Deputy Headteacher were appointed in the Autumn Term of 2017, both of whom have experience working within both Twyford and William Perkin and therefore we are very confident that, with the right staff joining an already well-established staff team, Ealing Fields will be well positioned for its first Ofsted inspection in 2018-9.

All available vacancies and application forms are available on the Twyford CofE Academies Trust site. To be redirected to the Trust website please click here.

If you would like to enquire about any of the advertised roles please email [email protected]

Please note that we do not accept CVs or applications from Agencies.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.

Any successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS Check. For more information, please visit https://www.gov.uk/disclosure-barring-service-check
