Year 7 Catch Up Premium
The Year 7 Catch Up Premium is funding provided by the Department for Education to help raise the attainment of pupils who have not reached level 4 in English or Maths when they start secondary school.

COVID 19 Catch Up Premium
The Covid 19 Catch Up Premium is to support children and young people to catch up on missed learning caused by coronavirus (COVID 19).

Charging and remissions
The school does not charge pupils for materials or activities which are a requirement of their course.
Pupils eligible for free school meals are not charged for their midday meal.
Extra-curricular activities and school meals for all other pupils are charged for. Concessionary rates may be available in some cases.
All students for whom the school qualifies for Pupil Premium funding (i.e. those eligible for free school meals any time in the last 6 years or is a Looked After Child) are entitled to help with the cost of school trips and music lessons.
This help includes a 20% concessionary rate on educational residential trips and music lessons and an additional £100 credit each academic year towards educational trips (residential or day) and/or music lessons. The credit can be used for one trip or lesson or spread over a number. Unspent balances cannot be carried forward from one academic year to the next.

Free School Meals
If you think you may be eligible for free school meals and you aren’t already registered then you really should be! Not only could you save on dinner money, but you could also benefit from discounts on school trips and music lessons. Registering for free school meals also increases the funding for the school and helps us provide even more.
Applying is easy: just visit Ealing Council’s website www.ealing.gov.uk, where you can see the eligibility criteria. You can also apply online and will be advised if you are eligible or not via letter from the council.Back to the top
