Dear Parent/Carer,

The Ealing Fields Governing Body have established a School Fund, to supplement government funding that doesn’t always stretch to pay for library books, school trips and other extras that make such a difference to our students. The School fund is made up entirely of voluntary financial donations from parents and is held in a separately administered bank account. Each year the school Governors decide how best to spend this money and our experience here at Ealing Fields, is that regular generous giving by parents is essential if the School is to thrive for the benefit of all students. We are grateful to the PTSA for all the Fundraising they already do, but our experience in the Twyford Trust is that a School Fund provides resources that are essential to the richness of life in all its fullness.

We know any contribution you make will be sacrificial, and we are truly thankful for your generosity.

As a guide, we ask parents/carers to make a monthly donation of £10, £20 or £30 per pupil educated at the school. However, all contributions are voluntary and will be received gratefully. This year we have set up an online giving page which can be accessed by clicking the Donate Now button below. Please be sure to select Ealing Fields School Fund to ensure your donation supports the correct school. We also strongly encourage you to complete the Gift Aid form if you pay UK income tax. By doing so you will add 25% to the value of your donation.

If you have any queries concerning donating to the School Fund please contact our School Fund administrator on [email protected].

Thank you for supporting your child’s education, and that of all the students at Ealing Fields High School, part of the Twyford C of E Academies Trust.

Yours sincerely, and with deep thanks,

Ms Jo Trewin
Associate Headteacher
