Ealing Fields was tremendously proud that our first ever GCSE students received their results on Thursday 12 th August.

The results were absolutely superb and 45% of the examinations were passed at the top grades of 7-9.

21% of the pupils achieved 5 or more grades at the very challenging grade 8 & 9 level and 5 individuals achieved over 7 grade 9s.

81% of students achieved grades 5 or more in English and Maths compared with the average grade 5 pass rates nationally of 62% this year.

In addition to the 45% of entries awarded grade awarded 7-9, 84% were graded 5-9, and 94% achieved the pass grade of a 4 or above.

We were delighted that the students were able to progress successfully to their chosen post-16 courses, and for many this meant an opportunity to study at Twyford or William Perkin sixth forms.

Associate Headteacher, Mark Bedford commented ‘the students and staff at Ealing Fields have worked extremely hard during what’s been an unprecedented set of circumstances and are rightly incredibly proud of a brilliant first set of GCSE outcomes for the school; we wish the students every success in their post-16 pathways’.
